Return/Exchange Policy  

  • Our return/exchange policy is 30 days on Regular priced merchandise for Store Credit Only. If longer than 30 days have gone by since your purchase we are not able to offer you a return/exchange.  Clearance items of 30% or more & Holiday Themed items are not eligible for exchanges/returns or items marked FINAL SALE.
  • Holiday Return Policy - Any purchases made from November 1, 2025 thru December 23, 2025 are eligible for returns until January 11, 2026 or under the regular 30 day Return Policy window.
  • All Swimsuits & Earrings are FINAL SALE
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.  Must not be worn, torn, marked, stained,  laundered, have any odors or pet dander and must have original tags still attached including SLB tag.
  • To complete your return/exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. 
  • If you are approved, your return/exchange will be processed and a credit QR code will be sent to your email to use in the future.  There is no expiration on your credit QR code! 

Sale items 

  • Only regular priced items may be return/exchanged
  • Sale items of 30% or more cannot be returned/exchanged. 

Shipping

  • Please contact us for the best method of returning your item
  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable 

Please remember SLB is a small business.  Inventory moves quickly in and out of my boutique.  I cannot financially support sitting on inventory for long periods of time. Please be mindful of SLB's return/exchange policy!
